Did anyone raise the issue of the main road to the Abercrombie River to wards Oberon? For a State significant Road it seems to suffer a lot of neglect? A fwe Kilometres north of Wombeyan Caves Road near the local Telstra exchange is a section of road always washing out from storms and heavy rain! Although attempts have been made to shore it up! The latest attempt is to put Star pickets along the edge of the washout and 60 km speed limit on what has now essentially become almost a single lane! If a Semi is travelling through it there is a very real possibility of a collision or running into the washout and has been this way for months? Indeed the road North of Taralga is too narrow to support the large trucks using it and also the Holiday makers with their trailers and caravans and heavy vehicles! Who do we need to contact to have this state road upgraded as it needs and should be?
